Shipping policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing once your order is placed. Payment processing time is separate from the time allotted for shipments to reach their destination.

‘Pre-Order’ Releases: Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Pre-orders work by collecting all orders first, then placing production with our manufacturer based on demand. This process ensures each piece is made exclusively for you while helping us manage our highly sought-after items. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details right away.

All orders are shipped through third party carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, & FedEx. To ensure that your order arrives on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.
